You and your families are cordially invited to our annual meeting. The annual meeting is becoming a traditional celebration of our alumni association. There is no doubt the past year was a very fruitful one for each one of us. Please come and share the joy and great success with our fellow alumni. It’s a time to catch up with old friends. It’s also a good opportunity to meet the new friends who joined the organization last year.

The executive committee will report the work in the past year. We will elect the new executive committee. Please come to cast your votes.

It promises to be a fun night. There will be various performance, Karaoke, dancing. There will be many different prizes for both adults and kids. Don’t miss the fantastic night.

Cost:
$30 annual fee for all members, it covers meal.
$10 for each of other adults and children older than 12 years
$5 for each kid older than 6 years
free for other kids

【心 灵之窗】

我深深地感谢…，虽然我说不出比一声“谢谢”更多的话
─ 写在2005年感恩节─

日常生活中的「谢谢」，随着文明的发展带有越来越多的礼貌成分。然而有一种发自心底的感激却是难以用语言表达的─ 那是一种心灵的震撼和体验。

多少次想将它表达，却总觉笔下的文字是那么苍白，说出的话语是那么有限。于是一次次又把它收藏在心底 …。

今天我将这心底的感激用最普通的文字写下来（虽然表达得语无伦次，甚至丢三拉四）。想说的是，尽管我无法一一说出名字，尽管也许每一件事都算不上惊天动地，但它们确是那曾将我从死亡的幽谷中托起的力量…

你在我面对癌症诊断，不知所措时，告诉我如何寻找帮助。
你得知情况，用整个下午帮我联系医院和医生。使我避免了因语言和对医疗系统的生疏造成的延误。
你用你特有的清晰思路，告诉我将面对的预后。使我从慌乱中安静下来。
你下了课，日夜兼程开车十几个小时，在手术当天赶到医院。
你尽可能表示轻松，以准备担起更重的担子。
你做好一切在学校该做的事，不需我再牵挂。
你们担起了家务和两个孩子的照料。使我在医院可以安心。
你们一起为我祷告，让我感受到属天的大爱和力量。
你们想方设法帮助我和家人一起面对化疗中要面对的各种具体困难。
你们的慰问卡，信件，传真，电子邮件，电话，鲜花，书籍，录音，礼物，探访，祷告…使我感到我不是孤独一人。
你甚至为我买来了化疗时要穿的便装。
你的「A hug just for you ﹗」给我的鼓励﹐难以用语言表达。
你们为我买来了不只一个发套。细心的你回国前特别来为我量头围。
你们得知病情后，打来国际长途电话，寄来资料，中药，和发套。从中我仿佛看到你那忙碌的身影，又添的白发。
你轻声告诉我，休息也是另一种博斗，帮助我从拖累别人的沮丧中走出。
你们在需要时，总是出现。或在医院，或在车上，或在电话中，或在家里。
你们记得在每一次疗程结束后寄来祝贺，为我庆功！伴我走完全部疗程。
你尽可能为我保留那份工作位置。
你们与我分享自己的抗癌历程和心路历程。
你们知道我惦记女儿的成长，总是把学校里发生的事情告诉我。
你们总忘不了我那淘气的小儿子，记得让他和别的孩子一样有机会去公园，party，使他不至因妈妈生病而比别人的童年缺少快乐。
你们在我第二次手术期间，用代祷网将我和家人托起。
你们在我回国治疗期间给我无微不至的关怀。从治疗方案的确定，到饮食起居的安排，甚至各种愿望的实现。想尽办法为我提供最佳治疗休养环境，使病情转危为安。
在北京的那两个月，你一直睡在过厅沙发上，把床让给化疗中的我。
你们的鼓励始终伴随在我身边，不论我在哪里。
你每周来为我做内在医治，风雨无阻。
你们在节日想方设法让我和家人感受同样欢快的气氛，让孩子有意外的惊喜。
你们与我分享上帝帮助自己成长的经历，告诉我上帝永远与我们同在，不论何时何地。
你们开车那么远来看我。因为惦记。
你们的生日礼物和寄语，再一次给我勇气和勉励。
你鼓励我写作，帮我迈出第一步。
你们得知我情绪低落，不断通过电话送来安慰和激励。
你们帮我想的，做的，远超过我所能想的，做的。
你的电子邮件传递的信息，给我力量战胜自己。
你们没有随时间的拖延，淡漠对我的关怀，支持。告诉我你们永远和我在一起。
你在我找不到词语表达谢意时，你却真诚地对我说：「我要感谢你，因为你让我的生命更有意义。」─ 你的话让我越 发无语——
在这里我能说出的，仍然只是一声「谢谢！」
愿读者能从这字里行间体会到那种震撼心灵的感 动。

一直希望有机会把心底的那份感激之情表达出 来，并且希望读者能体 会到我心底的那份不同寻常的感受。然而每次每次都因言语有限的困 扰而搁笔。今天终于说服了自己━ 就用最普通的话语表 达。但 是，当我拿 起笔来的时 候，心里涌出的感谢竟是那么多，那么多，好像天上的星星，令我无法一一数算 —–
我算什 么？竟享受着如 此丰 厚的大爱！
我作了什 么？竟成了众 人熱 誠关 怀、帮 助的对 象！
我想 起圣 经中有这 样一句话：『神就 是爱。住在爱里 面的，就 是住 在神里 面，神也住 在他里 面』 ━   亲爱的朋 友，这话也 许你未曾听 说过，但这确是真 理━ 神是「爱」的源 头。
圣 经里还 有一句话说：『施比受更为有福』━这话是耶 稣说的。
于 是，我就相 信：我是有福 的人！我也相 信﹐亲爱的朋 友，你也是有福的人！
